Neal brings knowledge and experience of implementing multiple mid to large sized IT projects for carriers. Neal started his career managing commercial lines claims operations for CNA Insurance where he rose to the level of Assistant Vice President overseeing claims operations. He subsequently helped CNA solution and implement the Guidewire Claims Center and Guidewire Policy Center applications. These implementations allowed CNA to consolidate its claims operations from 40+ offices to 5 regional offices and all state-based policy processing operations to one centralized location.
Neal subsequently joined IVANS where he became involved with helping carriers leverage ACORD Data standards in crafting and implementing automated Agency-Carrier data interface solutions automating data transfers and communications.
He subsequently worked as a Solutions Analyst assisting carrier implement a number of Policy Administration Systems including Guidewire Policy Administration and Duck Creek Policy, Billing and Claims systems.
As VP of Product Implementations, Neal currently oversees the implementations of OWIT software solutions for all OWIT customer implementations world-wide.
